Contest 1 – Automatic Entry in a draw for one prize of an ORECK XL Air Purifier or a Portable GPS for all orders placed by June 30, 2008

Contest 1 closes June 30, 2008. To be eligible, customers must have placed an order for a Cleanol Service by June 30, 2008. Orders are subject to a minimum purchase of $249. Only one entry per customer. A separate draw will be held for each prize. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Mathematical skill-testing question to be correctly answered to be a winner. Entries that do not meet the contest rules & regulations requirements, or comply with the contest rules will be disqualified (See General Contest Rules below).

Contest 2 – Chance to win $500 in free cleaning services

Contest 2 closes June 30, 2008. One prize package from Cleanol Services Inc. valued at $500.00 each, will be awarded. Open to all residents of the Greater Toronto Area of legal age. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Mathematical skill-testing question to be correctly answered to be a winner. No purchase necessary. Entries that do not meet the contest rules & regulations requirements, or comply with the contest rules will be disqualified (See General Contest Rules below).

General Contest Rules

Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entrant can only win one prize. Prize draws will be made within 14 business days of the close of the contest.

Contests are not open to Cleanol personnel or relatives. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Cleanol. Limit one on-line entry per person. All entries submitted become the sole property of Cleanol and will not be acknowledged or returned. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Cleanol Integrated Services Ltd and associated companies, parents, subsidiaries, Web site developers and administrators, and advertising, public relations, interactive and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liability, costs and expenses, for any injury or loss, damage (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, and property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in these contests or any contest s-related activity, or by reason of possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party, bot or like registration or entry methods will void all such registrations and entries, and any participant using any such method will be disqualified.
